- PAYMENTS:
- CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
- We only accept Visa, American Express and Master Card for payments with a credit card.
- A deposit of 100 USD is required with your registration. We will immediately acknowledge receipt of your registration and deposit payment.
- For registration go to our registration form and fill out. Once we receive your personal information we will send you an invoice via email through our secure system where you will be able to pay the registration fee by credit card.
- Our secure system is an authorized system sponsored by GO2PERU and accredited by: veryfied by visa - VeriSing - Certisur
- Total payment due on arrival in Cusco at our local office.

- Payments made by direct deposit are subject to your local bank charge.
- STUDENT CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
- Registration fee is non refundable.
- You may cancel in person, by telephone or by sending us an email.
- The time of cancellation will be the date upon which we receive notice from you.
- A refund of 70% minus the transaction fee will be given in the event of cancellations.
- All appropriate refunds will be made directly to you through the manner in which you paid.
- All our prices shown in this web site are per person.
- All our prices are expressed in American dollars.
- Prices will be confirmed or advised at the time you book.
- Prices DO Include: Spanish lessons, class materials, extra activities, volunteer work and and any other inclusions as specified in writing in the package.
- Prices DO NOT Include: Any costs incurred en route to and from the destination, meals (unless specified), alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, laundry, transportation from your local residence to the University and back, items of a personal nature, and personal services not specified as being included in the package.
- QUOTATIONS:
- All quotations are subject to availability of services offered and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and deposit received.
- We are acting as your agent only and have no liability or responsibility for the performance of services by the airlines including, but not limited to, accident, death, personal injury, property damage or flight delay.
- Flight bookings are totally non refundable or transferable.
- Accommodation is as specified in the accommodation section of our web site.
- All prices shown for accommodations are expressed in American dollars and per person.
- Changes in accommodations are acceptable for good reason.
- VOLUNTEER WORK:
- Volunteer work will have a signed agreement for the period of time and hours of work specified.
- There is no fee for volunteer work but contributions paid directly to the project where you will be working will be expected.
- ELIGIBILITY:
- All people under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
- Passport required.
- Tourists need onward /return ticket.
- Student Visa is not necesary.
- Students who may want to stay longer than 90 days can cross the border to Bolivia and return the next day with a stamped passport for another 90 days. You can do this repeatedly.
- Those without proper documentation may be denied travel.
- We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, such as smoking rooms, dietary needs or other reasonable requests, however, we cannot guarantee that these requests will be accommodated.
- We welcome student feedback or testimonials.
- A special gift will be given for any feedback or testimonial which you authorize to use on our web site.
- The Confirmation(s), these Terms and Conditions and those contained in the Cultural Immersion S.R.L. website, and the pre-departure materials constitute the entire agreement of the parties.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by Cultural Immersion S.R.L. at any time without previous notice.
